Robert has been working in the tourism industry for 20 years, with the last 15 years specifically in the DMC sector, where he has helped shape the product diversity of the Polish Baltic Sea region. In addition to his passion for innovative products, Robert’s forte is the digitization and streamlining of all processes. His partnership-oriented and sustainable win-win concept towards both performers and organizers has consolidated his network, thereby fostering trust for innovative and creative products. We are pleased that Robert is bringing his destination expertise on board as a partner of Falk DMC Poland.

Giovanni is the CEO and Managing Partner of the Falk Tours Group and Managing Director of Falk Tours DMC Italy north & south, Falk Tours DMC Austria, Falk Tours DMC Germany, and a board member and partner of Falk Tours DMC Croatia and Poland. Giovanni was a co-founder of TraveLeague AG and managing director of Falk Travel, as well as a co-founder of Zeus Travel Technology & Service, bringing decades of experience in the incoming and tour operating sectors. Giovanni brings a broad network of partnerships and high-performing individuals as well as international perspectives into the structure. His vision consists of a modern and dynamically structured, internationally operating DMC conglomerate with a focus on experience and emotion. Every journey should become a sustainable experience and remain a lasting emotion.

Andreas is the CEO and Managing Partner of the Falk Tours Group, as well as the Managing Director of Falk Tours DMC Italy (north & south), Falk Tours DMC Austria, and Falk Tours DMC Germany. Additionally, he serves as a board member and partner of Falk Tours DMC Croatia and Poland. Michael has been active in the DMC industry for around 30 years and is full of ideas, constantly seeking new, creative approaches to surprise partners and customers with fresh inventory. Guided hiking tours between South Tyrol and the Himalayas, cycling tours along the Danube, or diverse active trips in the most beautiful regions of Austria. Passion is the most important driving force and simultaneously the best motivator for innovative product ideas from the travel workshop ‘Falk Tours – Alps&More’. We look forward to working with you.

Marcus Juppe has been devoted to tourism since 2001. After 10 years with the travel operator FTI and various positions both domestically and abroad, since 2021 he carries the “Falk Family” in his heart. The inspiration and development of new products, such as vacationing on a houseboat or hiking along the Rennsteig trail, continually prompt the falcon to venture out from its creative eyrie. Agnieszka has been working in the HORECA industry for 12 years. Her passion is to enhance the services for the guests, so that they can remember their travels for a long time. Your inspiration for developing new services comes from conversations with guests – Hawaiian nights in the spa area, meetings with cheese masters, author evenings, thematic workshops, beach concerts, these are just a few examples. Your motto states that extraordinary places are created by people, and by listening to their stories, new products for Falk Tours can emerge. We are convinced that our work will be innovative and creative.
